Find Your Home Through Apprentice Living

At Apprentice Living, we’re dedicated to helping apprentices find safe, social, and stress-free housing.

Our process is designed to be simple and supportive. ​From the moment you sign up to the day you move in. Whether you're relocating for work or looking for friends to live with, we’re here to make sure your housing experience fits your lifestyle, budget, and goals.

1. Sign Up Online

Complete our registration form to join the waitlist. This helps us understand your preferences and ensures you meet basic eligibility such as the Right to Rent in the UK.

2. Property Matching 

We match you with suitable properties based on the preferences you have shared with us. You'll then be invited to group viewings with other prospective tenants.

3. Tenant Vetting Process

Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to move forward with a property, we’ll carry out standard vetting checks.

 

 You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Valid photo ID
     

  • Proof of income or apprenticeship offer letter
     

  • Guarantor details (if required)
     

  • Funds for deposit and first month’s rent
     

  • Preferred move-in date

4. Tenancy Agreement 

You’ll receive a tenancy agreement to review and sign independently in order to formally secure the property. Our team is here to support you and your parent or guardian with any questions about the terms.
